Santa Fe Chicken Planks

All white meat chicken with sharp cheddar and pepper jack cheeses, fire roasted veggies and jalapenos in a coating of crisp corn crumbs mixed with Japanese crumbs.

Cooking Instructions

  Temperature Cooking Time
Conventional Oven: Direct from freezer (0ºF to -5ºF) place on standard cookie sheet or pizza pan Preheat
to 425º F
Recommend flipping 1/2 way through: 8 mins 1st side, 7 mins 2nd side. For no flipping, 15 mins.
Convection Oven: Direct from freezer (0ºF to -5ºF) place on standard cookie sheet or pizza pan 500º F 5 - 6 mins
Fryer: Direct from freezer (0ºF to -5ºF) place in oil fryer 360º F

3.5 mins
Important note: After removing from the oven let product sit for 5 minutes to allow coating to set for optimum crispiness and texture. Sauce or filling can burn the mouth or tongue if served or eaten directly out of the oven or fryer.
